Coronavirus Covid-19: measures for making alterations to your next holiday

Dear Customers, we hope that both you and your loved ones are in good health.

Following announcements made by the French Prime Minister, and to welcome our customers in the best possible conditions, we have chosen to postpone the opening of several of our establishments.

Have you reserved to stay at one of our establishments during a closing period? We have come up with several solutions for you to choose from:
 

OPTION 1: Switch the destination

You can change the destination of your trip to another Oléla establishment, without incurring any amendment fees, subject to availability. However, you will be responsible for paying any potential difference in price. Your new stay must take place before November 1st 2020 (the closing date of some of our establishments). You will find all of the opening dates on our website: www.olela.co.uk

OPTION 2: Postpone your stay to a later date

You can postpone your stay to a later date without incurring any amendment fees, subject to availability. However, you will be responsible for paying any potential difference in price. Your new stay must take place before November 1st 2020 (the closing date of some of our establishments). You will find all of the opening dates on our website: www.olela.co.uk. .

OPTION 3: Exchange your current stay for a credit note to use on your next Oléla stay

Conforming to Order n° 2020-315 of March 25th 2020 on the financial conditions of terminating certain tourist, travel and holiday contracts in the event of exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure, we suggest you choose to switch your travel dates to a later date and benefit from having a credit note which is valid for 18 months at your initial chosen destination.

The easiest way for us to handle your request is to send us an email to actu@olela.fr, as the majority of our teams are working remotely and are facing a major upsurge in requests.

Please clearly state when requesting to switch destination, postpone your trip or to obtain a credit note:

  • The name your reservation is under
  • Your reservation n°
  • The dates of your stay
  • The name of the establishment you should have been staying at
  • The dates you wish to postpone your stay to or alternatively, state that you wish to request a credit note for a future stay

 

Our response time may seem longer than usual, however please understand that our teams are doing their utmost to deal with your request as quickly as possible. Oléla wants to help you as best we can, despite our workforce being reduced in numbers!
