Pets are not allowed in our “Standing” range accommodation or in the gites.
Campsite maps cannot be provided until you arrive. However, for any special request, you can contact our booking service by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The campsite manager will do everything in his power to satisfy your request.
2. Arriving at the campsite
To make your arrival easier and reduce waiting times at reception, we can give you all the elements you need to check in in advance.
To do this, go to your customer area and log in with the username and password you received with the confirmation of your stay. Once you have logged in, click on the "Bookings” tab. In the “Action” column, click on Edit > Pre-check in.
Before carrying out your pre-check in, ensure that you have paid for your stay in full (including any services). If not, you can do so now by bank card from your customer area.
- For pitches: from 15:00 onwards
- For rentals: from 16:00 onwards.
If you arrive late : an envelope with your name on it will be placed in a box next to reception. This envelope will contain a map of the establishment (on which the pitch you have booked will be highlighted) and the access code for the entry barrier to the establishment. Take the envelope and set up your belongings. Please complete your arrival formalities at reception the following morning.
Vehicle traffic is prohibited between 00:00 and 07:00.
You will need the exchange voucher that was sent to you after payment of the balance.
If you haven’t received one, please check your spam email. Otherwise, you can request your exchange voucher from our booking service by e-mail at email@example.com, or from our partner through whom your stay was booked.
