Rules for the game "3 years of holidays with Oléla"
Taking place from 3 June to 14 July 2019 inclusive
Article 1 – Identification of the organizing company
The Company SARL Camp’Atlantique, a limited liability company with capital of € 7,426,100.00, entered in the companies register (RCS) in La Roche-sur-Yon under number 522 991 454 00029, with its head office at SARL Camp’Atlantique – 4 rue Auguste Herbert – 85560 Longeville-sur-Mer, is organising from 3 June to 14 July 2019 inclusive a game entitled ‘3 years of holidays with OLELA by Camp’Atlantique’ in accordance with the procedures described in this regulation. The company SARL Camp’Atlantique is hereinafter referred to as: ‘the Organiser, the organising company’. The ‘Participant’ in the game is hereinafter referred to as ‘the Participant’. The ‘Winner’ in the game is hereinafter referred to as ‘the Winner’.
Article 2 – Terms for participation in the game
2.1 : The game takes place every day from its scheduled release online on Monday 3 June 2019 and ends 14 July 2019 at midnight.
2.2 : Participation in this game is conditional on purchase and is open to any natural person of legal age from the start date of the game. The game is not open to minors, even if under the supervision of a legal representative who can prove parental authority. Persons not meeting the above conditions are excluded, as well as:
- Staff from ‘The Organiser’ more generally, all persons who have directly or indirectly participated in the design, production or management of the game, and for each of the above-mentioned categories of persons, their spouses, members of their families in direct line, as well as persons living under the same roof.
- Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize.
- ‘The Organiser’ reserves the right to carry out any verification to ensure compliance with this rule.
- Participation in the competition implies unconditional acceptance of the current rules.
Article 3 – Terms for conducting the game
3.1 : In order to participate in the game and confirm participation, the Participant must book a stay of at least 2 consecutive nights in rented accommodation, or at least 1 night on a camping pitch before 14 July 2019 inclusive. The stay must take place between 6 July and 1 September 2019 on an OLELA by Camp’Atlantique destination of choice. The email address provided when booking the stay will be automatically registered for the draw.
3.2: The game is open for any reservation made directly:
- by telephone to our reservation department on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94;
- via the website www.olela.fr;
- on site at the reception desk of one of the Organiser's establishments.
The game will also be advertised on the Organiser’s Facebook page and website.
3.3: Any Participant's contact details with an anomaly (incomplete, false or erroneous) will result in the exclusion of the Participant or Winner from the game. The Organiser undertakes to contact the Winner by telephone before sending the prize by post in order to ensure that the Winner's exact address is provided. In the event that a contact is incorrect and does not allow the prize to be sent to the Winner, the Winner will lose the benefit of the prize and will not be able to claim the prize from the organising company. The disqualification of this Winner will purely and simply result in the loss of the prize. The prize may then be awarded to another Participant during a subsequent additional draw.
3.4 : The game will be closed to participants on Sunday 14 July 2019 at midnight Metropolitan France time at the latest. After this, no registrations will be taken into account.
Article 4 – Prizes and conditions of use
4.1 : Two draws will be made to choose 2 different Winners. 6 gift vouchers will be offered as prizes in this game.
4.2 : Each Winner will receive 3 gift vouchers of a value of €1000.00 each, the first to use when booking a holiday in 2020, the second when booking a holiday in 2021 and a third when booking a holiday in 2022. The Winner may book one or more holidays a year using a gift voucher.
The prize offered does not include:
- Transportation to the reserved accommodation, which remains the sole responsibility of the Winner.
- Any additional expenses linked to the holiday (food and drink, leisure activities, etc.) which remain the sole responsibility of the Winner.
- Booking fees, cancellation insurance, tourist taxes, additional options, etc. which remain the sole responsibility of the Winner.
If the Winner does not book the holiday during the specified period, the prize will be considered null and void.
Article 5 – Nomination of Winners
The status of Winner is subject to proper compliance with the participation procedures and these rules. To decide the Winners, a draw from the bookings made and holidays completed will take place within 5 days after the completion of the final holiday, or on 6 September 2019 at the latest. The Winners will be informed of the results by the Organiser by post within a maximum of 15 days after the draw has taken place. If the Winner does not reply within 30 days of confirmation of their win, the Winner will be considered as having forfeited their prize. They will be disqualified and their prize will be lost. The prizes may not be exchanged for other prizes, regardless of their value, and will not give rise to any refund. The prizes allocated may under no circumstances be resold. However, they are transferable to adults, without recompense, following validation by the Organiser.
Article 6 – Awarding of prizes
The Winners authorise all verifications concerning their identity, filiation and residence (postal address and/or Internet). A letter with a voucher will be sent to the Winner. The prizes offered include only what is indicated, to the exclusion of anything else. They may not give rise to any challenge on the part of the Winner. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any accidents or occurrences which might occur during shipment of the prize, during the period of use of the prize and/or as a result of their use.
Article 7 – Personal data and individuals
The Participant authorises in advance, by virtue of their participation, that the Organiser may freely use for advertising or promotional purposes in whatever medium, all personal information communicated by the Participant and on all media. The personal data collected from the Participant is mandatory and necessary for the processing of their participation in the game. In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organiser and will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever. In accordance with the ‘Data Protection Act’ of 6 January 1978, the Participant has the right to correct or delete information concerning them. Any request must be sent by post to the Organiser’s address shown in Article 1. Participants may also for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning them. And, as from the commencement of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (DGPS) No 2016/679 on 25 May 2018, participants will also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, a right of data portability, erasure, limitation and opposition to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation. Participants reserve the right to file a complaint with the CNIL. As from 25 May 2018, the date of commencement of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (DGPS) No. 2016/679, participants will also be able to contact the Data Protection Officer of the organising company. Participants are informed that if they do not wish to be the subject of telephone marketing, they have the right to oppose cold calling by entering their fixed or mobile telephone numbers on the free objection list accessible via the websitewww.bloctel.gouv.fr.
Article 8 – Rights and responsibilities
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit winnings or cancel this game in the event of force majeure as defined in the law. Consequently, its liability cannot be invoked as a result. The Organiser cannot be held liable for the fraudulent use of a Participant's connection rights or entitlement to the award of prizes. The Organiser accepts no liability in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or reception equipment preventing the game from running smoothly. In addition, it cannot be held liable under any circumstances for problems with the delivery or loss of electronic or postal mail. The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of any technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software failure of any kind (virus, bug,...) caused on the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may result on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
Article 9 – Financial conditions
Participation in this game implies the full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in the rules, without any reservation or precondition by the Participant. Failure to comply with the said rules will result in exclusion from the competition, the outright invalidity of participation and the award of the prizes.
Article 10 – Disputes
The rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty with the interpretation or application of the rules will be resolved exclusively by the Organiser. The Organiser will not respond to any request or complaint made by telephone regarding the application and interpretation of the present rules. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and/or the draw must be made in writing and sent to the Organiser’s address. No dispute will be considered eight days after the Game has finished.

Article 12 – Courts with jurisdiction
The current rules are governed by French law. The parties shall endeavour to resolve amicably any differences arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be brought before the relevant courts. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has read these rules, accepts them without reservation and complies with them.
