  3. Pay the amount of the gift card by credit card,
  4. Receive your gift card by e-mail within 48 hours.

How to use your gift card?

Our gift card offers total flexibility. In just a few simple steps, give your loved ones the freedom of choice. Once the card is in hand, it's easy to use: whether online when booking or over the phone, the vacation experience becomes accessible in an instant thanks to an associated unique code.

Your gift card includes a unique code. Simply enter this code when booking online at checkout ("gift code" box), or indicate it when booking by phone. The discount will be applied automatically.

The amount of your gift card is usable in one go. If the amount of your gift card exceeds the amount of your stay, the remainder will be lost. So treat yourself to an extra service such as linen hire or a barbecue!

Gift card conditions

  • Cumulative with current offers (except with the Loyalty Kitty),
  • Valid on all our establishments
  • With a limit of one gift card per booking,
  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue,
  • Usable in one go,
  • Non-refundable.

Exercising the right of withdrawal for the purchase of a gift card

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Oléla - 4 rue Auguste Herbert - 85560 Longeville-sur-Mer - 02.51.20.41.94 - contact@olela.fr) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form but this is not compulsory.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method proposed by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you.
