During each season, Oléla surrounds herself with various skills on internship, CDD or seasonal employment. For Oléla and its employees, this period sometimes represents an opportunity to make collaborations last.

Today, many employees on CDI have been recruited at the end of a season. This is also the case for the three members of Oléla's Direction who fell in love with the outdoor hotel business during their summer jobs.
