Pre-check in!

In order to shorten your time at reception and save time on the day of your arrival, Oléla has set up a online pre-check-in system. All you have to do is fill in your final arrival formalities: license plate number, pet... It will only take you a few minutes!

How to pre-check-in online

Pre-check-in is possible 40 days before your arrival and up to 24 hours before your departure.

1. Go to your customer area with your access codes.
2. Once logged in, click on the "Reservations" tab.
3. In the "Action" column, click on the pictogram on the left "Edit".
4. Finally, click on the line "Carry out your pre-check-in" and let yourself be guided.
   

To know!

In the last step you will be redirected to a secure payment page for a pre-authorization of €1 (this will not be debited from your bank account). If you took advantage of your pre-check-in to add additional services to your stay, you will pay for them at this stage.

An inventory of fixtures of your accommodation or pitch will be made at your departure. The deposit will be destroyed if it is returned clean and in good condition. The establishment reserves the right to levy a security deposit (400€) in the event of failure to comply with departure instructions.

What does this rapid arrival involve?

On your arrival, you won't need to wait in reception to complete the final formalities. Simply head to the dedicated "Pre-check-in" queue to collect your keys. You'll then be able to settle in peacefully, on your own. A real time-saver!

Depending on the destination, this dedicated "Pre-check-in" queue will either be a queue in reception or a special area at the campsite entrance. You'll recognize it very easily!
