Camping Les Peupliers on the Île de Ré is an invitation to cast off. It's both close to the village of La Flotte-en-Ré and isolated in the heart of nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade, with its program of outdoor activities, it offers a calm, authentic and family-friendly version of the island. Our guests enjoy living Ré at their own pace!
What's the must-do experience in the area?
Cycling is king on the Île de Ré. You can enjoy long, safe rides on trails that criss-cross the island at a gentle pace. Just a stone's throw from the campsite and a must-see: the village of La Flotte-en-Ré and its atypical market. Further afield, the Phare des Baleines (Whale lighthouse) and, of course, La Rochelle.
