Simple, practical and designed to reward your loyalty, this program makes your Oléla campsite vacations even more enjoyable and advantageous.

What is the Oléla loyalty program?

The principle is simple! Every time you stay at an Oléla campsite, you earn € on your Fidélité kitty. You can use this kitty from your 2nd camping stay, on any Oléla destination.
Programme fidélité

Your Loyalty Kitty:

  • 40 € spent = 1 € discount
  • 200 € spent = 5 € discount
  • 800 € spent = 20 € discount
  • 1200 € spent = 30 € discount
  • 2000 € spent = 50 € discount

The amount of your Loyalty discount is calculated on the amount spent on your rental: accommodation or camping pitch package + additional person(s).

Example: You're going on vacation with Oléla for a week in June. Your accommodation costs €200. At the end of your stay, you'll receive a Fidélité discount of €5, to be used on your next stay.

How to use your loyalty fund

At the end of your stay with Oléla, contact our vacation advisors on 02 51 20 41 94 to find out the amount of your kitty. A Fidelity code will be sent to you.
This code is essential to benefit from your discount on a future stay, so please keep it carefully.

On your next stay, you'll have the choice of:

  • Applying your Fidélité discount to have the total cost of your stay reduced,
  • Applying your Fidélité discount to treat yourself to more upmarket accommodation.

For example: You spent €680 on your 1st stay, you'll receive a Fidélité discount of €17 to be applied to your next stay. Thanks to this discount, you'll be able to choose a larger accommodation or one that includes services for optimum comfort!

What are the conditions of the Fidélité Oléla kitty?

  • Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • May be assigned to the person of your choice. Don't get a chance to use your kitty? Share it with your loved ones! Simply give them your Fidélité code.
  • Cumulable with our other promotions such as: Early Booking, Séjour étapes...
  • Utilisable online or by telephone on 02 51 20 41 94, quoting your Fidélité code,
