Terms and conditions of use
General definition of the program
The purpose of the Oléla loyalty program is to enable customers to benefit from the advantages described below during their stays in Oléla establishments. All members of the program declare that they have read these terms and conditions and accept them fully and completely. These terms and conditions are subject to change over time. Members accept that the loyalty program may be modified, in whole or in part, at any time. The updated terms and conditions will then be available on www.olela.fr.
Program details
a. Membership conditions
Membership in the loyalty program is free and open to all individuals over the age of 18. Only stays sold on www.olela.fr or through our reservations department on 02 51 20 41 94 are eligible for benefits. Customers booking through one of our partners (Tour Operators, Comité Social Economique) are not eligible for this program. Residents with year-round rentals are also excluded from this program. All members will have a customer account accessible from the www.olela.fr website, with an identifier issued automatically when the 1st reservation is made. Everyone becomes a member of this program as soon as they book a stay of at least one night (camping pitches) or two nights (rentals). The customer account has no validity limit. However, if after 12 months no reservation has been recorded, the kitty will be sold. Any fraudulent use of the kitty or use contrary to these terms and conditions may be sanctioned by the immediate cancellation of the account and the benefits acquired by the holder, without any compensation being claimed by the holder for any reason whatsoever.
b. Earnings in the kitty
Euros are earned for each night consumed, depending on the amount spent by the customer. The loyalty account will be credited with €1 for every €40 spent. Eligible expenses are only those related to the rental of the accommodation (rental, package and additional person(s) on camping pitches). No euros will be granted for any other expenses (e.g. tourist tax, linen hire, etc.). Additional €uros may be granted for promotional campaigns or exceptional offers only. Purchased €uros may not give rise to any financial consideration whatsoever. The €uros are added up as and when the stays are made, whatever the establishment, by the owner of the customer account. The allocation of €uros takes place automatically, after the billing date of the stay, i.e. after the end date of the stay, and is valid for all new bookings. In the event of non-accumulation of euros, the customer can always claim them from the Oléla customer relations department on presentation of his/her invoice. The kitty is cumulative with any current promotion mentioned.
c. Validity of the kitty
The €uros acquired must be spent within 12 months of the billing date of the previous stay.
d. Consumption of the kitty
The acquired €uros can be spent for a next stay in Oléla campsites according to some examples below:
- 40 € spent for the 1st stay = 1 € in your kitty for a next stay
- 200 € spent = 5 € in your kitty
- 400 € spent = 10 € in your kitty
- 600 € spent = 15 € in your kitty
- €1200 spent = €30 in your kitty
- €2000 spent = €50 in your kitty
- €3600 spent = €90 in your kitty
The gift discount is calculated to the nearest whole number. The remaining unconverted €uros are kept on the customer account for 12 months. Reservations using the kitty can be made on the www.olela.fr website or by calling the Oléla reservations department on 02 51 20 41 94. The kitty must be spent in one go and cannot be made available again in the event of a cancellation. The customer is free to use the kitty in the Oléla establishment of his choice, subject to availability at the time of booking, but it cannot be used for a stay at Maison Esperanza (Ile de Noirmoutier). The stay may be composed of a maximum of one gift discount. Oléla authorizes the customer account holder to offer the gift discount to the person of his/her choice. The €uros are added up over the number of stays made by the customer, whatever the establishment. In the event of several gift discounts being accumulated, the date of expiry of the first one issued takes precedence. Oléla declines all responsibility in the event of use by a third party of your kitty.
Program details
In application of the provisions of law n°78.17 of January 6, 1978, known as the "Informatique et Libertés" law, customers have a right of access to information entered electronically concerning them, as well as a right to rectify this information, with Oléla Customer Service. Customers have the right to opt out of the loyalty program. Simply send us a request at any time, stating your full name and address, either by e-mail to contact@olela.fr, or by post to : Service Réservations Oléla, 4 rue Auguste Herbert, 85560 Longeville sur Mer. The loyalty kitty will then be lost. Membership of the loyalty program implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the French version shall prevail over any other translation. In the event of a dispute between a Customer and Oléla, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement as a matter of priority. French law alone shall apply. Any dispute or litigation arising in connection herewith and not amicably resolved between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
