General terms and conditions of use for the Loyalty scheme

1. General definition of the scheme

The Oléla loyalty scheme aims to provide customers with the advantages described hereafter, when they stay in Oléla establishments. Any members of the loyalty scheme declare to be aware of the present general terms and conditions and accept them in their entirety. These general terms and conditions may be subject to modifications and could evolve over time. Members accept that the loyalty scheme could be modified, in whole or in part, at any moment. In that case, the updated general terms and conditions shall be made available on www.olela.co.uk.

2. Details of the scheme

a. Conditions for membership

Membership to the loyalty scheme is free and open to any physical person over the age of 18. Only stays sold on www.olela.co.uk or through our booking department on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94 can benefit from the advantages. Customers booking through one of our partners (Tour Operators, Economic and Social Committee) are not concerned by this loyalty scheme. Likewise, residents with an annual fee are not concerned by this scheme either. Any member with a customer account that can be accessed from the website www.olela.fr, with a login that was automatically assigned to them when they made their very 1st booking. Any person who became a member of the loyalty scheme when booking a stay of one night minimum (on a camping pitch) or two nights minimum (in a rental). The customer account does not have a validity limit. However, if after 12 months, no bookings have been made, the balance on the account will be wiped. Any fraudulent use of the amount, or any use that goes against the present general terms and conditions could lead to immediate removal of the account and the holder’s accumulated advantages, and no payment can be claimed by the holder, for any reason.

b. Amounts added to the loyalty account

€uros are accumulated for every night stayed with us, depending on the amount spent by the customer. The loyalty account shall be credited with €1 for every 40 € spent. The amount spent that is taken into account is only for accommodation rentals (rental, package and extra person/people for a camping pitch). No other spent amounts will be taken into account (e.g. tourist tax, rented bed linen, etc.) Extra €uros can be credited for promotional campaigns or special offers only. You cannot request the €uros acquired be claimed as cash. The €uros are added each time the holder of the customer account stays at one of our establishments. €uros are credited automatically, after the stay has been billed, i.e. after the end date of the stay, and they are then valid for any future booking. In the event that euros are not credited, the customer can claim them with the Oléla customer services department, by providing proof of an invoice. The balance of the loyalty account can be used in conjunction with any mentioned promotion underway.

c. Validity of the balance

€uros must be used within 12 months of the date on the invoice of the previous stay.

d. Using the balance

The euros acquired can be used for a future stay at Oléla campsites, according to the examples below:

  • 40 € spent for the 1st stay = 1 € in your loyalty account for a future stay.
  • 200 € spent = 5 € in your account
  • 400 € spent = 10 € in your account
  • 600 € spent = 15 € in your account
  • 1,200 € spent = 30 € in your account
  • 2,000 € spent = 50 € in your account
  • 3,600 € spent = 90 € in your account


The credited amount is rounded down to the nearest euro. The euros that are not converted will be kept in the customer account for 12 months. Any booking using the loyalty account balance can be made on the website www.olela.co.uk or with the Oléla bookings department on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94. The balance must be used in one single payment and cannot be recredited in the event of a cancellation. The customer is free to use this balance in the Oléla establishment of their choice, subject to availability at the time of booking. The stay can be booked with one single gifted discount, maximum. Oléla authorises the customer account holder to offer their loyalty discount to another person of choice. The euros are credited as and when the customer stays at any Oléla establishment. In the event of several gifted discounts accumulated as one, the validity date of the first one to be issued shall be taken into account. Oléla shall not be held responsible in the event your loyalty balance is used by a third party.

3. Data Protection Act

In accordance with the provisions of law n°78.17 of the 6th January 1978, known as the “Data Protection Act”, customers have the right to access their own personal data, as well as the right to rectify this data, upon request with Oléla Customer Services. The Customer is entitled to no longer participate in the loyalty scheme. All you have to do is send a request at any moment, indicating your first name, surname and address, either by email to contact@olela.fr, or write to: Oléla Booking Service, 4 rue Auguste Herbert, 85000 Longeville sur Mer, France. The loyalty balance shall consequently be lost. Any membership to the loyalty scheme implies that the present general terms and conditions of sale have been accepted. In case of dispute related to the interpretation of the present terms and conditions, the French version shall take priority over any translated version. In case of dispute between a Customer and Oléla, the parties undertake to seek out an amicable arrangement as a priority. Only French law applies. Any dispute or difference that may arise in connection with the present terms and conditions, which is not settled amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the competent courts of La Roche Sur Yon.
