During the summer, markets take place every morning in the following island towns: Boyardville, Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron, Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, Dolus d'Oléron... Come and take the opportunity to discover oysters, salt, églades (traditional dish of mussels), cognac, Pineau fortified wine, galette charentaise... just some of the regional products of Charente-Maritime.
